At Atma Solutions, we act as a sourcing specialist. This means we ship materials directly from the nearest manufacturer or partner depot to your site to reduce mileage and carbon footprint.
Depending on what you order, your delivery will arrive via one of the following methods:
Used for: Bricks, Blocks, Bulk Bags of Aggregate (Sand/Gravel).
Details: A large lorry with a mechanical arm lifts the pallets onto the kerbside or driveway.
Used for: Insulation, Cement Bags, Tools, Accessories.
Details: Delivered via a 'Tail Lift' lorry. The driver uses a manual pump truck to lower the pallet to the ground (Kerbside only).
Used for: Small items, Fixings, Architectural Ironmongery.
Details: Standard parcel delivery (DPD/FedEx) or dedicated small van for urgent same-day items.
Most building materials are delivered on large vehicles (18-tonne or 26-tonne rigid lorries). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the vehicle can access the address.
If a delivery fails because the driver cannot access your site, a Failed Delivery Charge (usually £50-£100) will apply for redelivery.
Standard Stock: 2–3 Working Days.
Shortage / Rare Stock: 5–7 Working Days
